Once you have selected your event &/or Accommodation you will be asked to pay a 25% deposit by Debit/Credit Card.
You will recieve confirmation of this transaction and will receive a Receipt/Invoice (This normally can take up to 3-5 working days). The balance of 75% is due to be paid in full by 26th February 2021 (Reminders will be sent). Once full payment is received you will be issued with an E ticket confirmation. approx 1 week prior to the Event you will be issued with your accommodation Door number and location along with a 4 digit key code for the key safe upon arrival.
