Once you have selected your event &/or Accommodation you will be asked to pay a 25% deposit by Debit/Credit Card prior to 26th Feb 2021 & FULL Payment thereafter.
You will receive confirmation of this transaction and will receive a Receipt/Invoice (This normally can take up to 3-5 working days). The balance of 75% is due to be paid in full by 26th February 2021 (Reminders will be sent). Once full payment is received you will be issued with an E ticket confirmation. Approx 1 week prior to the Event you will be issued with a pre arrival Email, and further on the day of arrival you will receive an email/& Text (if mobile number provided) of the accommodation Door number, location &  a 4 digit key code for the key safe upon arrival. Inside your accommodation will be a welcome pack which will contain your Wristband Weekend passes.
