LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo Ticket Terms

Upon booking a ticket you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions;

GENERAL

 

The Event Organisers (“LIQUID SPIRIT EVENTS & Gozo In The House”) reserve the right to add to or amend these terms. Amendments will take effect when posted on the LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo website www.liquidspiritgozo.com. Kindly check the FAQ’s section to ensure you have up to date information. If you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.

Line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice. (this includes boat parties)

All advertised times and schedules are approximate and subject to change. 

 

TICKETS

 

Tickets are sold through LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo (UK) and Gozo In The House (EU). When purchasing your tickets with our payment plans, it is your responsibility to ensure you do not miss any payment deadlines and if your balance is not paid by the stated date it will result in the cancellation of your ticket with no refund.

HOTEL PASSES

​

Booking fee applies to all Hotel Passes and Tickets. Tickets void if balance not paid by 30.4.24. Deposits non-refundable. Contact hotel directly to extend. State LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo for the same rates.

ADMISSION

​

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. Only valid tickets will be accepted on presentation at the event. Valid photographic ID must be shown when presenting your ticket and collecting your wristbands. The Name on the Ticket must match with the ID presented at the box office or entry could be refused. Any name changes must be agreed by LIQUID SPIRIT Events or Gozo In The House. 

Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other attendees or third parties.

 

REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final. There shall be no refunds and ticket exchanges should be agreed by Event Organisers.  Tickets are non-refundable. Please contact us for exceptional circumstances.  Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Once Venue gates are open on a particular date, the event shall be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety and not subject to any refunds. 

 

WRISTBANDS

​

If you do not have a valid wristband you will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the site. Wristbands issued must remain attached until the end of the festival.

 

EVENT CHANGES

​

If the Event is rescheduled or moved to another date, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location or a refund. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. Please note that any Booking Fees and/or Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances.

If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.

 

CANCELLATIONS

At all times prior to the Event, Event Organiser reserves all rights to cancel or postpone the Event or to change the Venue, artist lineup, times and dates of the Event, or other Event details without prior notice to Purchaser or Bearer. Upon Event cancellation by The Event Organiser, Event Organiser may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to either issue a full or partial refund to Purchaser, not issue any refunds, or reschedule the Event. If the entire Event is cancelled, and out of the Event Organiser’s control, (governmental acts, acts of God, riots, production delays, strikes, natural disasters, communicable diseases, inclement weather (regardless of severity), or inaccessibility or unavailability of the Venue) Event Organiser may, in its sole and absolute discretion elect to either, (a) issue Purchaser a full or partial refund, (b) postpone the Event for a future date and/or (c) offer Purchaser another solution.

FILMING

 

As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

​

We welcome people over the age of 21 to all festival sites.

SEARCH POLICY & BEHAVIOUR

​

We are all about the love. Any inappropriate / threatening behaviour or harassment will be dealt with with zero tolerance.For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches at the gate. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary.

 

Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event:

Glass, alcohol, illicit drugs, or legal highs including nitrous oxide / or anything which could be considered an offensive weapon. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police will be called to attend.

 

BOAT PARTIES

 

You must have a LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo ticket to attend a boat party. Full names must be provided at point of purchase for every ticketand entry onto the boat. In order to board your boat every ticket holder will need to produce photographic I.D in their name.  LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo accepts no responsibility if you do not make one or more of your boat parties due to the late running of others. In the unlikely event that a boat party is cancelled or delayed for any reason boat party tickets are non refundable.

The relevant Maltese law will apply to these Terms and Conditions.
